Dance! Kremlin Palace! by Shintaro Kago (Chapter 4)
New chapter of DKP! Gorbachev is the main character, lovingly referred to as Gorbie. This chapter is about the concept of Glasnost, which if anyone else went through the American school system, you’re probably as ignorant as I am. Check out this Wikipedia article to get some background (not that it really matters. Kago makes Glasnost a super power).

GORBIE BALDNESS!
I’m amazed they didn’t make his Port-wine stain into a power. While President, his headmark was often erased in Soviet photos and newspapers, which is kind of stupid since EVERYONE SAW IT ON TV ANYWAY.
